Originally distilled as an exclusive edition for the Craft Gin Club in August 2020, it was so well received Dunner Bay Distillers decided to make it part of their core range.
Their most experimental edition to date is inspired by the local Caithness coastline and is distilled in a traditional vapour infusion still with kelp, locally foraged Shore Seaweed and liquorice salt from Hebridean Mustard Company.
The result is an incredibly smooth and delectably sweet gin with a delicious salted edge. With lemon verbena from the distillery garden, the finish is supremely fresh.
