Nicely constructed cigar with a good draw. I didn't find much to shout about though, the taste and aroma were one dimensional, no real depth or complexity. I bought this cigar as I quite enjoyed the spicy taste of the small tubed La Rica cigars but the Churchill has left me turning my back on La Rica having had a number of disappointments recently.


Very loose draw, decent sweet flavour and good price for a churchill! But...iv tried the La Rica maduro and it was better, the maduro wrapper gave more flavours. Also this tasted a bit young, put it into your humidor for at least 3/6 months and im sure this will make this cigar even better.


I'm beginning to think that the delicate construction of La Rica cigars is the only reason they're so cheap. They are absolutely divine, as long as you keep it secure and safe. This cigar lasted just over an hour and had that beautiful taste that you can perfectly associate with La Rica. Got a little bitter with about 3" left, which was a little early, but was worth it all the same. However, rather than this, i would opt for the Robusto in future.

