Tasting Notes

Nose: Generous notes of plum and fig marmalade rounded out by intense oaky notes of toffee and toasted bread.

Palate: The mellowness of butterscotch and baked spices with hints of dark chocolate.

Finish: Exceptionally round with a creamy aftertaste and a concentration of nutty aromas imparted by a careful blend of eaux-de-vie aged in toasted French oak casks.
