Redcastle blend their own Angus distilled rum with 3 year old cask aged Jamaican rum.
The result is a heavenly and indulgent spiced rum, with notes of vanilla and citrus.
Each bottle is individually filled, sealed, wax dipped, labelled and numbered, by hand, at Redcastle Brewery in Carmyllie.
