Nose: Dried lime peels at first, though it soon enough develops a core of chopped green herbs.
Palate: Soft and creamy, and quite Christmas-y too! Cinnamon, clove and fruit notes result in an almost mince pie-like flavour profile.
Finish: Remains festively sweet, with a crackle of peppery juniper right on the tail.
