The first Peterson patents awarded to Peters in the 1890’s would revolutionise the pipe-making world and turn a fledgling idea into what has become the oldest continuously operating pipe-maker in the world.
Peterson are the oldest briar pipe makers in the world, still using hand tools for each and every pipe, and still checking everything by eye.
Originally debuting in 2017 as a retailer exclusive series, the Arklow has been recently revived to showcase Peterson's passion for sandblasted finishes.
In this series, a number of their most popular shapes are paired with a warm walnut stain, a bright nickel army mount, and a crisp sandblasted finish, revealing each block's natural grain patterns in vivid relief.
Presented in an original Peterson pouch and box.
