A consistent even smoke and draw on this cigar. Blue grey smoke and solid ash. The strength definitely increased as the cigar smoked. The partagas short has a very good draw it burns evenly.This cigar has a full earthy taste to it.I would have this cigar on a regular basis . it's good value for money
