Construction was excellent. The ash stayed intact for the entire smoke without even being gentle. The difference in flavour I got in such a short smoke was something I havent experienced before. It started super tangy with citrus, went to a strong woody flavour, and went through all manner of creams, hay and leathery flavours. Would recommend a try.
