I'm a big fan of Oliva Melanio Maduros so I thought I would try the Series G. What a fantastic cigar. This is definitely a sleeper cigar from Oliva. Very smooth, salty earth taste which I love, light expresso tones and beautiful sweetness on the retrohale. I will definitely but more of these.

Lit easily. Didnt go out. A consistent smooth smoke throughout until the very end with only a slight peppery taste. I would say this took me an hour to smoke but i am a slow smoker so i would probably guess about 30 - 45 minutes. Will buy again.

Now this was an interesting and different smoke. The taste is dark, a little more acidic to my palate, and almost savoury-tasting. I agree with the general description that there are hints of leather, also dark bitter chocolate and slight peppery notes. Similar to a coffee-infused Tabac Especiale I…
