1 x Revor Plug Pipe Tobacco

The Kentucky used in the blend is fire cured, as with most Kentucky, but this tastes like it's been smoked longer than usual or with different woods.

The flavour profile is similar to that of a Latakia but with familiar Kentucky 'mild florals' and woodiness.

As with most Kentucky rich tobaccos, nicotine levels are high, so beware.

The Virginias add a bit of sweet breadiness and a little grass, which suggest the plug has fermented as it matured while being pressed.

A delightful tobacco that has survived to this day simply because it's a top notch smoke.

The blend is gentle, with a genuine tobacco taste. As the filling progresses, spicy notes are added, creating a complex overall experience.

1 x 10g Peterson 3 Ps Plug Pipe Tobacco

There's enjoyment to be had from preparing this plug tobacco as much as there is in the satisfaction of smoking it.

With two varieties of leaves, African and Brazilian Virginias and Burley from Malawi, and a little topping, there's no crowding of tastes.

It delivers wonderful caramel toffee smoke that's not too sweet and can be appreciated by the novice and expert pipe smoker alike.
