50 ml of Nikka From the Barrel
50ml  of ginger ale
2 dashes of aromatic bitters

Nose: refined, complex. Floral (lilac), fruity (apricot). Spicy (clove) and leathery notes.

Palate: powerful, firm. Spicy (pepper). Oaky. Develops into ripe fruit (peach), caramelised apple and flower (honeysuckle).

Finish: long. Marine notes and caramel. Ripe fruit (plum, peach) over a wood-vanilla base.
