The Macallan Harmony Collection Inspired by Fresh Coconut is presented in an innovative material that gives new life to coconut waste.
The presentation box is crafted using paper that incorporates discarded coconut fibres.
Using an emission free combustion process, waste coconut coir and shells are charred to produce charcoal, which imparts a natural black colour to the paper.
Nose: Reveals notes of fresh coconut, citrus and tropical fruits layered with vanilla, sweet oak and gentle spice.
Palate: The palate unfolds with coconut milk, zesty lime and soft sweetness.
Finish: The palate leads to a bright, floral finish.
