Lochlea Ploughing Edition Second Crop - 46% 70cl

Ploughing Edition (Second Crop) is inspired by the season of winter on the farm, when the fields are ploughed in preparation for the busy sowing season in spring.

Matured in 100% ex-Islay barrels, this whisky is fruity and sweet with a little kick of peat.

It sits at 46% ABV and, as with all Lochlea whiskies, is non-chill filtered and natural colour.

Nose: It starts with Lochlea's signature cereal notes and fresh green apple.

Palate: The nose evolves into freshly cut summer hay and succulent fruit on the palate.

Finish: The finish? A hint of sea salt and lingering peaty embers, reminiscent of a beach bonfire.
