Lacrima Baccus have blended two grape varieties Parellada 45% and Macebeo 55% - to produce a classic Cava for general drinking and to celebrate.
Cava has improved its quality in recent years to compete with the upsurge of Prosecco.

Nose: There are aromas of yeast, patisseries, against a background of pineapple and banana.
Palate: Nicely rounded fruit flavours with a touch of sweetness on the attack, but perfectly balanced, fresh and elegant.
Finish: Clean, crisp, and persistent.
