This new Hibiscus Gin is a small batch estate edition gin which will be available for a short period of time, get yours while you can!
A juniper led dry gin, combining both foraged and locally sourced botanicals. The rosehip’s and rowan berries that we use in the gin have been gathered from the estate grounds throughout the year.
This gin is then then cold compounded with additional Hibiscus flowers and sweet orange peel to give a luxurious deep pink hue and added floral flavour.
Serve: In a tumbler with lots of ice and topped with a premium lemonade to make a refreshing cooler. Or if your feeling decadent topped up with prosecco for an indulgent pink fizz.
Nose: Fruity and Floral with a hint of Rosehip and slight sweetness.
Palate: Floral.
Finish: An orange hint rounds the finish off.
