Introducing Kilchoman Batch Strength, crafted by Anthony Wills.
This release matured in re-charred red wine casks, oloroso sherry butts, and bourbon barrels.
Kilchoman spring water was then added after maturation to achieve a Batch Strength of 57% ABV.
Harmonising the natural potency and character of Kilchoman with notes of dark fruits, robust spices, and salted caramel sweetness.
Nose: Red fruits, fresh cherries, heather blossom, and intense peat smoke.
Palate: Toffee, rich spices, vanilla, and lasting peat smoke.
Finish: Silky viscosity with notes of fresh crumpets, butter, and honey.
