Sweet and chocolatey to the taste. Peppery on the lips. 1st third lighter than expected. Not too much smoke. 2nd third less peppery and much more smoke. Very mellow in flavour. Final third remained mellow and smooth and sweetened off again. Smoke remained full. Perfect burn for hour and a half and didnÂ’t need a relight. Will happily buy again.
