Jameson Irish Whiskey is a blended Irish whiskey. What’s that we hear you say.
Well Jameson take the best of pot still and fine grain whiskies which is then triple distilled - not because they have to but because they want to as it gives it its signature smoothness.
Finally, we age them in oak casks for a minimum of 4 years.
Nose: The nose is full and floral with a smooth sweetness. Marmalade and fudge, Madeira and a little cut grass note.
Palate: The palate is thick and of good body with notes of orchard fruits, both fresh and cooked with a little vanilla cream.
Finish: The finish is of medium-length with spice and honey.
