    Unlike its larger counterparts, the Short is machine-made and pre-cut for convenience. However the robust yet mellow aromas associated with the brand remains consistent  and the cigar can be enjoyed in around 15-20 minutes – when time is “short”.

Pleasantly surprised for a short-fill tobacco machine rolled, not to mention short cigar. This was certainly no Padron 1964 or Joya de Nicaragua 50th anniversary, far from it, but relatively speaking it was a nice 15 minute smoke. Flavour notes of spice, capsicum, and dark chocolate throughout, no real complexity, but that is not to be expected. Looking forward to trying more premium cigars from La Invicta.


I actually like the tight draw on these. As they are machine made its a novelty to have something that isnt full of air. Horses for courses but at the price they are great if you have busy hands, -working and smoking-, and like a cigar to stick in your jaw and chew on a little. It depends what you want and I obviously want these as I have just ordered some more!


As mentioned by a lot of other people, it’s a very tough draw which ruined the experience. Luckily with it being a short the lack of enjoyment wasn’t that bad compared to wasting 40+ mins


Nicaraguan La Invictas are something Ive had before ( the Petit corona) and enjoyed but this once just had a tight draw and tabbaco from the end going in my mouth the whole way through. Truly disappointed and wouldnt recommend.

