La Invicta Nicaraguan Robusto Cigar review
Just because it’s a bundle cigar doesn’t mean It’s not a good cigar!
I found this handmaid Cuban seed Nicaraguan cigar to be packed full of rich, beautiful oily flavors that will satisfy any cigar lover and for only £6-£7:50 it a grate deal!
The cigar contusion is classic to the new wold cigar type. Well packed (firm) but soft and oily to the touch. When I lite the cigar the smell was grassy, woody, with a solei and cider aromas. The drew of the cigar was perfect far better then I would of thought and the burn was razor sharp. The ash held for about 3”, with a nice white to gray colour.
The taste was as good as the smell, rich medium body cigar with woody and solei characteristics to the smoke. And the amount of smoke it gave of was grate. (I like a cigar the gives good smoke out put for the foot of the cigar)
Well what ells can I say! I love this cigar and I hope you do to. But remember when you try a cigar never say you don’t like it. Why because every thing you do, eat, drink, who your with, where you smoke it, every thing affects the cigar.
As a cigar aficionado I found some cigars I try I don’t like the frist time and them try them again and I love it.
So go out try some thing new, pick up a La Invicta Nic cigar and most of all enjoy your cigar!
Bought this cigar a while back as part of a bundle to pad the numbers because it was reasonably priced. Just smoked it over a warm lunchtime today and was pleasantly surprised.
I found it ever so slightly spicy with generally an earthy, oaky flavour. Draw was a little loose for my liking but produced plenty of smoke. Ended up getting close to an hour out of it and really enjoyed it, but it changed my perception of cigars. Up to now I've been content with coronas and similar but the feel of a nice chunky robusto is quite pleasant so I can definitely see myself getting more of these.

Currently puffing on one of these in the conservatory on a blustery winter's day. Very nicely made, firm, cigar. Flavour is mild but compliments a fine Jamacan Blue Mountain coffee and nice glass of Jim Beam black. Cigar draws well and consistent even burn with fine grey ash. Hand made cigars can only be as good as the person who puts them together and I feel the previous reviewer must have been unlucky to get a few badly made ones, but I conclude that the Chap (or Chapess!) who put mine together is a credit to their profession. Slight leather notes to the flavour and just a hint of sweetness. This is the first of my Christmas cigars from Cgars Ltd and if the rest are of a similar quality then I'm going to be one happy kiddie this festive season!

A very nice smoke, well rolled, easy draw. Holds ash well, burns well and never went out . Tasted nice, mild, smooth and earthy. Really pleased with my smoke tonight. I had just one so can't comment on consistency but the one I had was perfect. For the price I'll certainly try a few more.

I bought five of these for a quick smoke at a wedding as I was under strict orders (!) not to smoke my regular cigars (1.5 hours + smoke time) so I thought these robustos would be ideal.
I wasn't prepared for how quick these actually would be...10 minutes of trying to smoke them before giving up. On the day, I took two for myself and one for my son. My cigar was extremely loose, it was like sucking on fresh air. My son's had a void along the centre of the filler, like a thin pen had been inserted prior to rolling and then removed. I was gutted. I tried my second several hours later, again this was an extremely loose cigar, puffing away with not much action.
I tried my fourth today and got success! It was a very nice smoke and burned very well. Quite a mild/medium cigar with a reasonable amount of smoke.
I have one left so I will see what happens with that one. I want to give these 4 stars but I cannot justify that with having only one good cigar out of four, to me that is just not acceptable.I have no problems with the service from C.Gars, but I don't think these do their business any favours.
