Independencia 1898 Half Corona Cigar - Box of 20

I enjoyed this one massively, didn’t get too much and was a pleasant smoke if you got half hour to kill. Everyone says this is to mild and I agree but you don’t always want to have a fight or to be choked. Perfect everyday cigar to be enjoyed when you want a bigger smoke than a signature or cafe crème style. Did everything right, I’d say this is like the Val Doonican of cigars. Pleasure

At 7.50, this stick has an airy draw and zero flavor. cheap smoke, will be leaving one in the humi for a year to age hopefully it finds some character!

Very mild. I didn’t particularly pick up much flavour. Great price tag, but it isn’t really for someone that wants that hit. Average. I’d give it 5/10 purely based on it being a budget friendly.

Very very mild with a slight nutty element. If you just want to smoke a cigar without really tasting anything then this is fine. Had a couple of construction issues with peeling and one instance of an uneven burn that required correction. It's inoffensive but for the money, you'd be far better trying to find some good flavour elsewhere.

Very very mild to my admittedly uneducated palette, just a subtle nutty taste from start to finish but very pleasant. The cap fell off mine but with a bit of gentle handling I was able to smoke it down to the nub in a round 30mins, it burnt lovely and even leaving a very attractive ash with just a little rotation For me I think I enjoy something a little bit more challenging to the palette but I can well imagine that early on the morning (maybe while on holiday) will flat white this would be a lovely little cigar to enjoy and that's how I plan to enjoy the one I have left in the humidor. On a morning with a coffee it deserves a five-star but on a evening maybe try something a little more complex.
