A vintage miniature bottling House of Peers blend, a brand produced by top indie bottler Douglas Laing.
Over a century ago the House of Lords requested a special recipe Scotch to be blended exclusively for the lords whilst attending The House of Peers, the upper house of Parliament, and Frederick Laing acquired the rights to the brand in 1940.
A very rare collectable!
