Tasting Notes

Colour: Ruby edged rose wood.
Nose: Robust notes of a strong kick of espresso and Sherried fruit followed by a subtle waft of floral oak.
Palate: Lots of vanilla and chewy raisin with an oaky warmth soon appearing on the mid-palate.
Finish: Dark prunes and dates, dusted with vanilla sugar contrasts with warming oak spices which then develop into a notes of leathery finish.
