Our tiny team is working carefully through the seasons to bottle the Welsh countryside, so we can share it with the world.
Handcrafted from start to finish, our delicate gins change ever so subtly with each batch, reflecting changes in nature.
Nature can’t be rushed, so why should we?
Kosher certified.
Nose: Juniper spice, earthy tones, herbal followed by jammy sweetness.
Palate: Jammy fruitiness coats the palate.
Finish: Juniper dryness with slight spice on the finish with underlying stewed berry notes. Moorish and balanced.
