Café creme aplenty with walnut oil notes.
Add in a bit of almond in the middle, and then leather/earth towards the end.
A great beer session accompaniment.
I’ve smoked a couple of these now and found the draw to be very tight. The smoke is a pleasant light flavour but the draw ruins the overall experience for me.
Just tried this cigar after nearly a year in the humidor, sweet/rich/earthy/natural aroma upon opening, the draw was absolutely spot on from the first puff, lovely woody and mild taste would go great with an espresso, light/medium body, no real transitions but held a smooth, rich and clean taste…
Hmm, first thing that hits the back of the throat is a strong sensation of sugar (cane?), dont know if its intentional. An aquired taste. After a while it settled down to a subtler sweet taste which mixed nicely with the tabacco. Have a few more, see how I get on with them, so Im not sure if Ill buy…
Nice for the price and I was surprised at the flavours from this stick. Starts with a hint of pepper and spice, then mellows mid way and finishes with a touch more spice. Definitely benefits from time in the humidor.
