I received this Flor de Oliva Connecticut as a C.Gars Mystery Cigar. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing smoke.

The draw was extremely tight from the beginning, making it difficult to get a decent amount of smoke without constantly having to work at it. The flavour was acceptable initially, but by the second third it developed a very unpleasant, sharp ammonia-like smell and taste that genuinely reminded me of urine.

Between the severely restricted draw and the unpleasant flavour that developed, I couldnÂ’t enjoy the cigar. It may simply have been a poorly constructed example, but based on my experience, itÂ’s not a cigar I would buy or smoke again.
