This had a perfect draw. On light up I got a blast of black pepper through the retrohale. This quickly turned into a cedar note as the spice mellowed.
10 minutes into it and the taste got a little bitter with nutty notes, like a walnut.
The 2nd third had notes of walnut and a black coffee. The burn was nice and even.
In the final third the flavours get washed out as the cigar heated up. The flavours were quite bitter.
For a budget smoke this is a good choice from a good brand.

