Ex-Moscatel casks bring floral softness, ex-Oloroso casks add nutty complexity, and the ex-PX casks round it off with rich sweetness.
A whisky which showcases both classic sherry maturation but also candied notes and rich warming flavours which are perfect for the winter months.
