ST Dupont Cigar Case - Black & Gold - Holds 2 Cigars

The item is stunning! Beautiful craftsmanship makes it stand out in any setting. I have not been able to try out a wide variety of cigars to see how well they fit, but for reference, 2 Montecristo no4 cigars fit very well, with plenty of space around them. The leather part of the case is beautifully textured, and the overall product is smaller than it looks in the photos. The only thing I am very disappointed with is how long it took to deliver the item (for context I made the order on the 27 April). On the website, it does specify to allow for 21 working days, which was understandable. After the time had elapsed I called the customer service team and asked for a projected time of arrival, to which I was told around mid-June. On 12 June I was on the website browsing for some more cigars when I decided to look at the item and to my surprise it was advertised as 'Hurry, only 1 left in stock!'. I then proceeded to contact customer service which after a quick stock check found that the item was available. I am disappointed that it took multiple checks on my side to see if the product was there. As someone who also provides customer service, I make it my top priority to check my stock periodically or thoroughly enough to update customers who are waiting for their orders. This experience dampened my enthusiasm for any future purchases.
