Customers generally find the Don Tomas Petit Corona to be an excellent value, offering a consistently pleasant and uncomplicated smoke. While many praise its smooth draw, perfect burn, and classic Don Tomas flavor profile, a few noted a slightly loose or tight draw and a taste that doesn't evolve much during the smoke. Overall, it's highly recommended as an accessible, budget-friendly option.
Best suited for new cigar smokers, those on a budget, or anyone looking for a reliable, uncomplicated daily smoke.

I have only recently started smoking cigars so not sure about all the 'peppery' and 'spicy' flavour tones etc.
What I can say is that this was an excellent mild smoke, nice and smooth with and easy draw. I managed to get a 40ish min smoke out of it with the ash holding together a good 20 mins of that at about an inch and a half (until i knocked it while swapping hands to take a photo of it!) . Was left with a 2 inch stub after i stopped smoking is when the smoke was getting hot and started to get a bit harsher.
I'll definitely be getting some more of these as an inexpensive semi regular cigar

An old Army mate got me on to these a few months ago. I've bought quite a few of them now, and so far, I haven't had a bad one. For a budget cigar, they're very well made, and the Petit Corona looks just as good as its more expensive brothers and cousins. I've found that smoking this stick has been consistently good. The draw is easy, but not overly so, and in my experience it has a mainly sweet taste with a touch of spice. I go wild camping quite a lot with two of my mates from the Army, and the Don Tomas Petit Corona has become our go to smoke when sat around the campfire with a nice coffee or hipflask of whisky. I'm currently building a stash of these before moving on to the more expensive sticks. I would highly recommend this cigar to anyone starting out in cigar smoking, those on a budget or anyone who just wants a nice, uncomplicated smoke now and then.

I have bought another one of these and so I shall review it again as a separate experience. You really cannot fault these, I have a humidor full of quality Cubans and have still smoked 2 of these in succession, they are an absolute steal for the price. A perfect burn yet again and a wonderful array of flavours. Pepper, wood, spice and a little sweetness on the plate; perfect. My only criticism on this smoke was a slightly loose draw but this really has rivalled some budget Cubans for me. I will be buying 25 more!

These are a fantastic smoke for the price. One of the best draws I have had from a cigar, just the right amount of resistance; a perfect burn all the way down to the finish also. I found the taste to be very pleasant, mainly consisting of a prominent woodiness with earth and spice and a little sweetness too. If you are looking for a decent daily smoke then these certainly fit the bill!

Like its big brother the corona this cigar deserves a lot of credit enough that I would give it 5/5. It has the classic Don Thomas taste but I found it to be slightly smoother than the corona, more of a cool smoke. Will be perfect in the summer with a nice glass of Tullibardine.
