Description

This exclusive Dominique London Cognac was created by Ron Morrison and Mitchell Orchant and bottled by the prestigious cognac house of Tiffon, founded in 1875.

This exquisite cognac is made entirely from white grapes from the Grande Champagne region in France.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Rich amber gold colour.

Nose: Clementines, slight orange zest, fresh cedar, earthy aromas fill the nose with subtle hints of cassia bark and underlying sweetness.

Palate: Warming pink peppercorn, stewed berries, Madagascan vanilla, creaminess, buttery mouthfeel, slight salinity, Granny Smith apple skin. Spiced apple pie.

Finish: Moreish, cassia bark and cedar notes return on the finish.

This isn't undrinkable - quite the opposite really; it;s very pleasant, but it's not worth £100. Much better stuff out there at this price.

