    It has aged beautifully, showcasing powerful and opulent tertiary aromas, as could be expected from a 38-year-old rare bottle.
  • Lovely pale colour, the nose is amply fruity with strong aromas of raisins and peaches. The palate overall displays a well constituted wine - robust yet subtle with a slight hint of acidity.

    Overall this Dom Perignon is a powerful wine which is best paired with rich and spicy dishes.
