Every November, The Dalmore whisky makers visit the distillery’s historic sandstone warehouses to explore the ageing casks.
In the chill shadows, their casks are meticulously assessed and only a handful with distinguishing attributes are hand-selected from any one year.
The mature spirit from these casks are then masterfully married to create one harmonious vintage – a rare whisky that reveals the soul of that single year at The Dalmore.
Carefully crafted, finely balanced, and bringing together the very finest casks from one year, each limited release single malt will then take its rightful place in The Vintage Collection.
This Highland single malt was matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks before being transferred into rare Matusalem and Amoroso sherry casks, Rivesaltes wine casks, and small-batch bourbon barrels.
Bottled at 46.9% ABV, non-chill filtered and natural colour, this whisky retails all original features.
