With local Noble Fir needles and Bladderwrack Seaweed, it leads with juniper and is balanced with hints of forest fir, tropical fruit, citrus spice, tangy sherbet and a subtle scent of the shore.
Hills & Harbour Distilled Gin Cocktail:
It includes a little natural sweetness and the award-winning Hills & Harbour Gin as the base which is created with bladderwrack seaweed to provide a seashore scent and a salty twang noble fir pine needles to add a clean herby note and a rich mouthfeel and nine other botanicals to deliver a peppery and surprisingly fruity balance.

This crafts a spirit of exceptional purity and taste. With soft cream soda, light toffee and subtle biscuit notes, we recommend you simply serve straight from the freezer or over ice.
