Nose: Espresso, brandied honeycomb and poached pears, with spiced orange, cinnamon-coated hazelnuts and buttercream.
Palate: Cocoa, raisins and heather honey, followed by caramelised sugar, mocha and maraschino cherries.
Finish: With cinnamon and ginger on the finish.
