Client Lockers - Turmeaus Norfolk

Client lockers are available for annual rental through our Turmeaus Specialist Cigar location in Norfolk.

Upon approval of your application and receipt of payment, your name will be engraved on a brass plaque and placed on your allocated locker.

Please note that our Norfolk location operates as a click-and-collect location only. Customers are required to contact the Norfolk location in advance to confirm that a collection is required, allowing a minimum of one hour for the collection to be prepared.

Renting a private client locker entitles you to the following benefits:

• 10% off all cigar accessory purchases.
• Invitations to special promotions at our store locations and priority access to new limited releases of Havana and premium New World cigars.
• Professional care and storage of your cigars by our trained cigar specialists.
• Secure, dedicated storage for your cigars within a professionally maintained environment.

Please note: our Norfolk location is a click-and-collect location only.

CONDITIONS

• Client lockers are rented on an annual basis.
• You must be over the age of 21 to rent a client locker.
• Access to the lockers is restricted to the person(s) named on the locker agreement.
• Only cigars purchased from Turmeaus Specialist Cigar Shops may be stored in client lockers.
• There is a £25 charge to change the wording on your engraved brass plaque.
• There is a £20 charge to replace lost keys.
• Clients agree not to place any cigars or other products that were not purchased from Turmeaus Specialist Cigar Shops in their locker.
• Clients are responsible for the contents of their locker.
• Turmeaus Specialist Cigar – Norfolk reserves the right to open any locker where necessary for maintenance, security, stock management or other operational purposes.
• As the Norfolk location operates as a click-and-collect facility, customers are required to contact the Norfolk location in advance to confirm that a collection is required. A minimum of one hour's notice is required to allow the collection to be prepared.
• Collections must be made in accordance with the arrangements and procedures set by the Norfolk location.

INSPECTIONS & MANAGEMENT RIGHTS

Management reserves the right to conduct periodic inspections of lockers and their contents without prior notification to the locker holder.

If any cigars or other products are found that breach the terms of this agreement, management will notify the locker holder that they have violated the terms and conditions. Management reserves the right to terminate the locker agreement with immediate effect in such circumstances, and any rent paid under the agreement may be forfeited.

Turmeaus Specialist Cigar – Norfolk reserves the right to revoke or terminate this agreement if any individual or company fails to comply with the policies determined by management or with any of the terms and conditions contained within this agreement.
