The Ford Mondeo of cigars - capable, reasonably priced, does the job, leaves you wanting a Cuban. :-)
Actually, it's a perfectly reasonable smoke, I'm just spoilt by being introduced to the world of cigars by packs of the Cohiba Siglo II bought back from Cuba by a friend.
I only got a single one of these due to the cheap price however it was a nice smoke for the price and I will be getting some more of them next time I put a order in just hope they will be still in stock. it was a great cigar just a pity it was not a bit longer
I'm impressed. I have tried a few cigars, recently the Cohiba Siglio IV - and to be honest, I preferred these Picadillos. I bought half a dozen to start with. An even burn, they were consistent in flavour and did not need to relight. Wood/grass flavour to start and through to a coffee flavour right…
I hate to burst the 5 star bubbles from everyone else, but for me this cigar was bland and almost tasted of bitter grass. I bought it on a whim, and quite frankly, regretted it! I wish I had saved the money and bought something a little less harsh and bitter. Personally, I only bought this cigar…
If (like me) you love cuban cigars but not the price and are want something good at a fair price then look no further, this delivers 90% of a good cuban at a fraction of the cost. The bang for your buck king. Habanos take note.
