The popular Chinchalero has introduced a new, “fat” ring gauge cigar, the Novillo. Short and fat, smooth and mild smoke, nicely balanced.Ecuadorian binder and a Nicaraguan/Honduran filler.

These cigars are hand made and are a very pleasant smoke indeed.

    Cigars need a BOOST?

  • I purchased one of these fat stubby smokes from the Chester branch. They are quite mild compared to most things I smoke such as Monticristo No.4 and Siglo 2`s. However I have to say what a pleasant surprise this cigar was, very even burning, mild but full flavour and tasty to the very end. I normally gauge how much I enjoy a smoke by the band test - that is if I remove the band to smoke the cigar right to the very end it`s a good one and these little stubbies are! Excellent smoke, especially for the price. Worth a try.

Customers say
Customers generally find the Chinchalero Novillo to be a great value, mild-to-medium smoke, often praised for its easy draw and even burn. While many enjoy its pleasant, sometimes subtly sweet or nutty flavors, a notable number of reviewers found it to be bland or experienced issues with the wrapper splitting, leading to a polarizing experience for some.
Ideal for those seeking a budget-friendly, mild everyday smoke with a good draw, especially if you appreciate a larger ring gauge and are willing to overlook occasional construction inconsistencies.

For the price this is a fantastic cigar, I bought one of these in my last small order. I was on the hunt for a cheaper mid week smoke to save my MontecristoÂ’s for my after dinner smoke on Sundays. I first encountered this cigar around 5 years ago in johns tobacconist Newquay. Back then it was £4.99 and although itÂ’s by no means a match for the mighty Monte no.4 it is for the price a nice 50 min smoke, it is mild in strength and offers a lot for such a small price tag. Very well constructed with nice strong ash that will stand strong at 1 1/2”, the draw is very light but it still burns cool and slow with a nice even burn. When people complain about the rapper unraveling on cigars I always wonder wether theyÂ’re storing them at the IÂ’ve just ordered another 10 to test consistency before I take the plunge on a full box. Give it a try youÂ’ll be very surprised! IÂ’ve given this cigar a 5⭐️ Based purely on bang for buck!

Really disappointed with this one. The cigar was very promising upon lighting, very peppery, lots of smoke. However within a couple of minutes the outer leaf had completely split all the way down the stick, making it completely unsmokable. I would not buy this stick again for that reason. I was expecting more after smoking the Fuerte Maduro yesterday and really enjoying it.

Tried a few of these and theyre ok..just a little bit boring. No real change in taste, burn ok but a few issues with the wrapper coming apart...I like the size of the cigar for a 45 minute smoke but will probably order an alternative such as the Inca Stumpy.

Hi Im very new to cigar smoking I havent found my favourite yet I bought three of these and tried my first just now , unfortunately my humidor is a little high so I struggled with the draw a bit but I found it a very nice smoke to me a little bitter at first but into the second third and final third fragrant and a pleasant like smoke , I will buy these again in hindsight I cigar punch I think for me would be more advantageous.

Very bland with no change in flavours for me. Ill put it down to experience. Id rather spend a little more for a more flavoured cigar.
