C.Gars St James Rare Por Larranaga Sobresalientes Tasting Event Ticket - Thursday 28th July

Join us on the 28th July for this wonderful sampling event being held at our C.Gars Ltd St James in London. We will be sampling two cigars from the Por Larranaga range, including the extremely rare Sobresalientes, we will pair this with a selection of Tomatin.

This exclusive and special event gives you a rare opportunity to sample the Por Larranaga Sobresalientes, UK Regional Edition - 2014. At the time this cigar was limited to only 5000 numbered boxes exclusively for the UK market but we are giving you the chance to sample this cigar one last time. 

We will be starting this event with the delightful Por Larranaga Petit Coronas and each cigar will be complimented with our very own whisky from the Stalla Dhu range.

Por Larranaga Sobresalientes, UK Regional Edition - 2014

The Spanish word “Sobresaliente” translates to “Outstanding” and is the vitola de galara (factory name) for a size which was first seen in 2007 as the Partagas Sobresaliente in the Replica de Humidor Antiguo. Measuring 6" (153mm) x 53 ring gauge, it is the first time the Sobresaliente vitola has been presented in the Por Larrañaga brand and like our 2007 Regional Edition (Por Larrañaga Magnifico) will be dressed with a special cigar band that Hunters & Frankau re- created from a style and design found adorning the brand at the turn of the 20th century. 

Por Larranaga Petit Coronas

Por Larranaga is a brand with a long history. Founded in 1834, it enjoys a well earned reputation for its consistency and good presentation. Por Larranaga cigars are hand made using tobacco grown in the Vuelta Abajo region. 

One of the best Cuban Marevas of the cuban size. A great balance between quality and price, this cigar offers extremely good value with medium taste and a great aroma. One of the most appreciated cigars from this manufacturer.
