C.Gars St James Cigar and Spirit Tasting Event Ticket - Thursday 31st March

I am delighted to invite you to another wonderful evening at C.Gars Ltd Store in St James in London on Thursday the 31st of March. We will be sampling of the creamy and delicious H. Upmann Connoisseur B. A stout 54 ring gauge and 5 7/8th of an inch length. This should easily give an hour and a half of pleasurable smoking time. The wider gauge pulling plenty of air giving oodles of cool rich smoke. Allowing us to get into the light delicate aromas and flavours present in this blend.

We will be pairing this with a selection of 3 drams from the Glenturret portfolio, each chosen specifically to pair with the three thirds of this cigar. Expect an interesting overview of the Glenturret distillery and a light dose of information about the H. Upmann brand as we meander through this smoke.

LCDH H. Upmann Connoisseur B

Habanos SA have recently announced their cigars which are to be exclusive to its La Casa del Habano retail establishments, one being the light to medium H. Upmann Connoisseur B.

 The Connoisseur B is the second release within the H. Upmann range exclusively for La Casa Del Habano and Habnao Specialist retailers. In 2013, the H. Upmann Connoisseur A was released to these select retailers and was loved by many! 

Herman Upmann was a banker from Germany who so loved Cuban cigars that he moved to Havana in 1844 and set up as both banker and cigar maker. His bank closed in the early 1920's but his cigars live on as a fine example of an elegant,light to medium flavoured Habano. 

H. Upmann's blend is composed exclusively of filler and binder tobaccos grown in the Vuelta Abajo zone.
