  • Burning Barn Spiced Apple Rum 70cl is a full-strength rum blend infused with sweet, tart apple flavours and warming spices of nutmeg, ginger, and cinnamon.

    Notes of caramel, vanilla, and treacle complement the rich, spiced character, finished in ash wood former cherry liqueur vats imported from Germany.

    Inspired by Burning Barn’s heritage as a former apple orchard, this expression brings the classic taste of spiced apple into their core rum range.

    • 150ml Frobishers Apple & Elderflower Sparkler
    • Few dashes Angostura bittersServe in a highball glass, with plenty of ice and a fresh apple slice to garnish.
