Burning Barn Smoked Rum 70cl is an English rum crafted from premium molasses and finished using a unique applewood smoking process.
Intensely smoky with hints of apple and burnt treacle, beguilingly smooth after a punchy nose. The finish unashamedly reminds you of this rum's fiery origin.
Burning Barn is based on a fruit farm. For this smoked rum, apple wood is taken from retired apple trees, chip and dry it before using it to cold smoke a fruity, treacly aged Demerara rum.
The result is an award-winning sipping rum.
Nose: Intensely smoky with notes of smouldering apple wood and treacle.
Palate: Rich and smoky, with caramelised fruit, cocoa, and hints of savory smoked meat/bacon.
