Made with a mashbill of 95% Rye and 5% malted barley, produced in small batches making for an absolutely stunning rye which won a double gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2013.

Nose: Rich oaky aromas.
Palate: The taste is exceptionally smooth, with hints of vanilla, honey, and spice.
