Shetland botanicals are handpicked each year to give this gin distinctive, yet subtle, flavour.
Each year’s harvest is determined by the plants available from these distant islands. Using a traditional copper still, production is only in small batches.
This story begins with this hand crafted 40% vintage gin. Inspired by the beautiful nature of Shetland, they wait each year for the right weather conditions to harvest our botanicals.
With each vintage the botanicals used change slightly due to the quality and quantity available.
The Shetland botanicals are infused with juniper and coriander, plus other botanicals including lime, to give this dry gin its unique and complex flavour.
Nose: An abundance of citrus on the nose with gentle floral notes to follow.
Palate: Extremely smooth yet crisp with citrus, herbal and floral notes coming through.
Finish: Overall refreshing.
