Just finished smoking this took me 1 hour 10 minutes. Great burnt and great flavour. Notes of pine wood and Coco with a subtle peppery spice that was more prominent in the final third. Got this as part of a sampler and highly recommended. Only issue I had was it went out towards the end 3 times.…
