From Holladay distillery in Missouri, USA, this wheated bourbon is distilled from a mashbill of 73% corn, 15% wheat and 12% malted barley, before being aged for six years and bottled at a cask strength 

The whiskey features components taken from various barrels matured at different locations in Holladay's rickhouse.

Caramel and toffee notes combined with gentle notes of orchard fruit and an oaky spice on the finish.
