Bells Three Nuns Pipe Tobacco 40g Pouch

Really wanted to try this one as it was one CS Lewis and Tolkien Smoked. This Tobacco is a Shag cut and has a nice sweet taste but I found this to burn quite hot and to be quite bland.
ItÂ’s a blend that has probably changed a lot over the years and probably not for the better.
No doubt there are still fans of this Tobacco but IÂ’m not one of them, I was hoping to like this one but I find this comparable with cheaper blends like Golden Blends etc and I donÂ’t think IÂ’ll purchase more. I prefer more interesting blends that are a bit stronger and offer more flavour.
