Ballindalloch 2015 Bourbon Single Cask #33 - 59.4% 70cl

Ballindalloch Distillery sits on the picturesque Ballindalloch Estate.

The distillery uses these fields to grow spring barley, ensuring 100% of the barley used in whisky production comes from the estate. The distillery occupies a converted steading, where the team filled its first casks in September 2014.

Family-owned and operated, Guy MacPherson-Grant, the laird of the Ballindalloch Estate, is thoroughly involved with the running and development of the distillery.

The MacPherson-Grant family has called Ballindalloch home since 1546 and boasts a rich history in distilling. The estate housed a small distillery in the 1800s, and Sir George MacPherson-Grant co-founded Cragganmore Distillery in 1869.

This is a single cask release, bottled exclusively for the UK market. Matured in Cask No. 33 - a first-fill Bourbon Hogshead, originally filled on 29th January 2015.

Bottled on 10th July 2026, producing an outturn of 260 bottles.

Nose: Vanilla, honey, citrus zest and ripe orchard fruits.

Palate: Rich toffee, creamy caramel, vanilla fudge, fresh pear and apple with a distinctive mint chocolate note that develops beautifully.

Finish: Long, warming and sweet with lingering oak spice, caramel and cooling mint.
