Nose: Relatively light with notes of dry wood and a gristy, cereal quality. Dried fruit, peppery cream and a hint of zest is also present. Palate: Quite herbaceous. A touch of warming winter spices perks things up nicely, with a woody dryness still in evidence. Finish: Again woody, a little dry but certainly not unpleasant!

A quality whisky, lovely balance to this dram with rich flavours and a strong character. This is an easy drinking whisky, very satisfying.
