Reviews

Customers say
Customers generally find the Arturo Fuente Brevas Royale to be a good value cigar, offering a pleasant and consistent smoke, especially for its price point. While many praise its creamy, mellow flavour and excellent construction, a few reviewers found the flavour profile to be bland or uninteresting, suggesting it might not suit all palates looking for more complexity.
Ideal for beginners or those seeking a consistent, good value, shorter smoke with a creamy, mellow profile, particularly if you appreciate the Arturo Fuente brand.

I am fairly new to cigars so can’t comment in any depth. However I found it to be a nice cigar, lasted about 40 mins and I did enjoy it and will purchase again.

I must say this is a pretty good cigar for the price. It starts of a bit peppery but then as it slowly burns through the spiciness subsides and it becomes more mellow with hints of leather and caramel. The build quality is ok although I have found the draw end can become a bit fragile as you go through it. I am a newbie at this but honestly the experience has been very pleasant. It goes well with whisky although I bet it goes better with some Coniac. i would recommend this for anyone starting off and on a budget. Well worth it. Lasted me about 45-50 minutes with draws every few minutes.

In my early teens, a couple of friends and I would sneak into an off-licence and buy some cheap cigars - Hamlet, Henri Winterman's Cafe Creme, you know the sort. At the time we thought we were the bee's knees. Well, this cigar has brought back those heady days. And not in a good way. Construction is excellent. The burn is razor-sharp all the way. I didn't need to touch up with my lighter once. But the flavour? Bland, not exactly harsh, but hardly smooth. Dull. Uninteresting. Never again. My overwhelming impression? I'm sorry to say this, but it just tasted "cheap". I bought some H Upmann half-coronas at the same time I bought these. They were only marginally more expensive, but were a world away in terms of flavour, quality and - most important of all - enjoyment. Sometimes a misspent youth is worth revisiting. Not this time.

A very nice cigar with lots of lovely fragrant smoke and a mellow taste with wood and leather. I smoke this one right down to the point where my fingers were at risk before it became unsmokable and I would definitely agree with the CGars review that this is one for the beginner and connoisseur alike.
